Make sure it is capitalized and spelled correctly.

Inside the Mods folder, make another folder called Packages.

In this folder, make a new folder called Mods.

Navigate to Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > The Sims Medieval.

You will have to manually set up the game to read.

It is very possible to install CC and mods for The Sims Medieval however, the game is not set up to allow the use of modded content by default.
